Eyes Wide Open Career Coaching, Managing Director, Brian Morris is a qualified careers guidance practitioner and has 12 years’ experience of developing and delivering Information, Advice and Guidance services.

Brian was previously employed by Connexions Staffordshire and C.S.W.P. Ltd. He held many diverse positions during his employment with these companies including Skills Development Manager, Next Step Lead, I.A.G. Outreach Team Leader and I.A.G. Development Co-ordinator. Brian always wanted to set up his own company, and when voluntary redundancy was offered in 2012, the opportunity to develop Eyes Wide Open Career Coaching was high on his agenda.

Eyes Wide Open Career Coaching has been created as an affordable alternative to Government funded careers programs.

We at Eyes Wide Open Career Coaching believe that quality careers coaching, advice and guidance can only be achieved by a client focused approach. It is an impartial service which aims to keep the client at the centre of any discussions, coaching, guidance and most importantly decisions.

Brian explains, ‘to work with clients on a journey to achievement is one
of the most satisfying feelings a career practitioner can have’. He continues ‘I have worked with clients from various backgrounds. To meet a client who is in despair because of issues regarding employment or work/life balance, and to help them in some small way to move forward, makes the job of a career practitioner worthwhile’.
